I’ve been called a ‘compassionate cannon’ - and I’ll take that! My passion for partnering in 1:1 coaching knows no bounds. My wholehearted belief is that coaching can be both a joyful and a challenging experience.

A place of immense trust and a space of creative collaboration. Discomfort is welcome. Exploration is everything. Identifying and clearing the obstacles to reaching what lights you up from the inside.

I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the largest and most respected global coach-training organisations. I’m also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of the ICF. I’m also a Trauma Informed Coach and a Mental Health First Aider, having trained with Mental Health First Aid UK.

Prior to becoming a coach, my work in creative cultural partnerships saw me collaborating with individuals, organisations and brands to ensure their dreams came to be lived.
